Jason was born on January 27, 1981 and passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017. Jason was a resident of Louisville, Ohio at the time of passing. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 23rd at 5:00 pm at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 306 W. Church St. in East Canton. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the American Diabetes Association in honor of his name at https://donations.diabetes.org .

Many prayers to the family of Jason. We only just had the pleasure of meeting Jason when he joined our bowling league this year. He was always full of laughter and joy. He will truly be missed on Sunday nights!

Sorry about the loss of your love one. Jason will always be remembered by the Incept family. He was always in a happy mood and always spoke kind words to us. I remember him coming in with shorts one day, that I thought does he ever get cold. May God give you comfort and peace during this time of sorrow.
