It's been a rough year.....there has been a pandemic and over 1 million people world wide have died. It started in China and spread world wide. A lot of places have gone out of business because they couldn't open safely. People have to were masks to go anywhere. Your oldest son is now a fireman. He has grown to be a great young man. You would be very proud of him. Don't hear much about the rest of your kids. Christy has moved on. I haven't hear that she has remarried but I do know she has a boyfriend. I thinks she is happy. I always get a Christmas card with pictures. I enjoy seeing how much the kids have grown from year to year. Anyway, although I know you can't see this, I feel better checking in once in the while and letting you know what is going on. I love you and miss you.....think about you often.

Dear Brother. You are missed every day. I thank you for being you and protecting freedom so others may enjoy it too. You were doing what you loved even though you knew it was a dangerous job. I was at FT. Carson this past weekend and stopped at the memorial to say hi. It was freaking cold, but it was nice to be there and sit. It was only myself and my friend so we could just sit and talk. Your oldest will graduate this year along with my youngest. It's amazing how time flies. You are loved and missed beyond what words can express.

Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and your family. You don't know me, but I had the unfortunate job of notifying your wife that you had given the ultimate sacrifice. As I sit here on Memorial Day, I hope that you're looking down and watching over your family. Those words that I had to deliver are still burned into my memory and although I've lost Soldiers before and after, that was single-handedly the worst day of my life. I hope that your family is doing well. On this Memorial Day I think of you even though I never had the privilege of knowing you, but know this I miss you and carry you in my heart.

I think of you often at my desk when I turn my head to see who is coming in when the the doorbell buzzes remembering all the times I let you in when you buzzed, seeing you smile and wave to me.
It has been a joy to watch Layne grow up as he attends our school, Stratmoor Hills. He is the spitting image of you and has such a good heart. I have yet to get to know Reagan better. She will be coming to school here before you know it!
Kristi is doing well as our Special Education teacher, all the kids and staff love her. She is fun to be around.
You are missed and thought of often.
As the 3rd anniversary of the loss of my husband Ed will be on the 26th of this month, I imagine the two of you looking down on your earthly loved ones with pride.

Sgt. Fabrizi, we will always miss you, especially on these holidays that honor the brave ones such as yourself. My husband looked up to you and as a strong soldier himself, told me that you were the best soldier he'd ever had the oppurtunity to work alongside. To all of Jason's family,
I also knew Jason well, as with Gordon, I was a member of 2nd Platoon, D co 2/325th A.I.R. I remember the day he and Jon Merritt arrived to the Thundercocks, Jason went to Gordon's section and Jon to mine. Jason always had a "Can Do" attitude and had a way of finding the lighter side to almost anything. I will forever remember his smile and the "Battle Royales" we would have in the field. He will be forever missed by all of us and the nation mourns the loss of a true American Hero. Godspeed to you "Red" and til we meet again, keep you feet knees together.

I'm sorry for the lateness of this posting since I just found out about his passing. I did not know Jason, however I was proud to walk in his honor at the Warrior Walk 2010 in Lakeland on July 31st. I live in Valrico and my son went to Seffner Elem. and we went to Church in Seffner for a number of years.
