Jason Forman

Jason Forman, age 43, passed away at home on February 6, 2026, in Edison, New Jersey.

Born on August 13, 1982, in Edison, Jason, known to his friends and family as "Jay," was a lifelong resident of his hometown. After finishing school, Jason pursued a career in the trades, becoming a lead carpenter and co-owner and operator of a small business. In his most recent role as a project manager, he had the opportunity to meet and work with many people. Jason was known for his friendship, loyalty, and skill at what he did, qualities that earned him the respect of coworkers, clients, and friends alike.

Outside of work, Jason enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating, and competing in cornhole as a member of the Garden State Cornhole Alliance. He found joy in spending time outdoors and in the company of those he cared about most.

Jason is survived by his loving parents, Patricia and Stewart Forman; his sister, Jennifer Adams, and brother-in-law, Robert Adams; his nephew, Hunter; his nieces, Ashlyn and Rylan; and his brother, Brian Forman. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Cremation will be private.

Jason's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and in the many lives he touched with his humor, generosity, devotion, and unwavering loyalty.
