Jason Anthony Harper passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2025, at the age of 51. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jason is survived by his loving mother, Sandra Eppeland of South Carolina; his sister Sarah Martin and her husband Gerald of South Carolina; his brother Stephen Harper and his wife Windy of New Hampshire; and his sister Lisa Eubanks of Ardmore.
He is also survived by his children: Vincent Johnson and his wife Tiana of Wynnewood, Justice Housley and her husband Jarred of Edmond, and Justin Harper of Edmond. Jason was a proud grandfather to Klayton and Joleigh of Wynnewood.
He leaves behind his cherished niece Renee Trimper of South Carolina; his nephew Jacob Chambers of South Carolina; and his nephew Trystan Harper of New Hampshire.
Jason is preceded in death by his beloved brother, Christopher "Chris" Harper; his son, Hayden; and his father, William "Bill" Harper.
Jason was an incredible human being with a precious soul that could light up any room the moment he walked in. He found joy in the simple things-spending time in his garage hanging signs on the walls, fishing with his children, going out to eat, shopping, or just relaxing together in the yard. He especially loved waking up early to meet friends and prepare for a day of hunting.
Jason had a deep passion for helping others and never expected anything in return. He was the one people called when they needed advice-whether they wanted to hear the truth or not, he would give it to them straight, always from the heart.
He had many dear friends, and his memory will continue to live on in the lives of those who knew him. Jason's presence in this world was a gift, and while his absence leaves a deep ache, we hold on to the hope that we will see him again one day.
