Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Moore; sister, Martha "Judy" Stephens; and his grandparents, along with several aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his father, Raymond D. Moore; brother, David Moore; and his children, William Moore, Jazmyn Moore, JJ Moore, and Alexis Moore. He is also survived by his nieces, Vickie Stephens, Christy Moore, Laura Stephens, Mia Lucas, Kinlee Hopper, Sam Prentice, Brianna Stephens, and Mackenzie Hammett ; nephews, Jonathan Stephens, Camdyn Lucas, Hayden Hopper, and Dalton Stephens; along with twin grandbabies.
Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, will be assisting the family with arrangements.
