Jason William Mulford, age 55, passed away on January 5, 2026 from this life in an accident on his motorcycle, which he loved. He is survived by his son, Max; and daughter, Gabriele (Gavin). He also leaves brothers, Mike and Bruce; and sisters, Jeanna and Vicky; as well as countless brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel and Bruce Mulford; and brother, Vaughn. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 10 at First Pentecostal Church in Lexington from 5PM – 7PM with Memorial Service to follow at 7PM.

I am shocked and so sad to hear about Mr. Mulford. He was absolutely one of my favorite patients!!! We´ve known each other since his work injury and I am going to miss him so much!!!
