Jason Robert Payne, 45, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024.  He was born in Crossville, Tennessee on September 6, 1979, to Buddy Jay Payne and Glenda Sue Cooper. He is proceeded in death by his daughter, Gracie Payne, grandmother, Ina McCulley; grandfather, Allen R. Cooper; uncle, Steve Cooper; brothers, OV, and Bradley Spivey; stepfather, Johnny Spivey. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Kevin Payne (Kami Collins), brothers, Chris Payne, John Spivey (Nikki Tollison); grandparents, Wayne Bishop, and Granny Gail; uncles and aunts, Allen Cooper(Renaye), Jennifer Gaul (Ben), Michelle Alvardo (Darnel), Scott Bishop; stepmother, Donna Payne; step grandmother, Ethel Cooper; nieces, Brooke, Danielle, and Katlyn Spivey, Meleal and Makaylee Payne, Freya Tollison; nephews, Camden, Caleb, and Bradley Spivey; great niece, Bentlee Spivey. 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 1:00 PM from the chapel.  

The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Jason Robert Payne.
