Loved Jay.This sad news ripped a piece of my heart out.Jay was a Superhero to me.knew Jay for many years knew his father back in the day when I hung around on Alice st.We would often talk about Andy when we ran into each other it always enlighten him.Jay will be always in my thoughts.

Jay, it was such an honor to have worked with you for so long, and to have directly witnessed the impact you had on your community. Your legacy will leave a beautiful butterfly effect on so many others who had the opportunity to know you. Thank you for being an outstanding community man who touched so many far and wide, and who brought smiles and light to every person they encountered.
