It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Jason Lee Saxon, who left this world peacefully on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025. Born on Saturday, May 6th, 1972, in Savannah, Georgia. Jason was raised and resided in Effingham County.

Jason dedicated his life to hunting, fishing, and his loving wife. As a team truck driver, Jason was able to enjoy time traveling the country with his wife and his beloved dog, Sparky.

Jason was predeceased by his father, Robbie Lee Saxon; and loving uncles.

Jason is survived by his life partner and wife of 36 years, Amanda Saxon; two children, Jason Lee Saxon Jr. and Brian Earl Saxon; his very special aunt, Angela Davis and his second mom, Sandra W. Bruner; a sister, Tina Saxon; and an abundance of very special friends.

The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life at their family home, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025. BYOB.

The family would like to extend their greatest gratitude and love to Robby Stegins & Lynette Ewald.
