Jason E. Spinks

Jason E. Spinks, born on December 18, 1973, in Covington, Louisiana, and a longtime resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, departed this life on November 3, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and cherished memories. He was a light in the lives of many, known for his boundless affection and a heart that embraced friends as family. Jason had a unique ability to make everyone feel special. 

Jason loved bigger than life, if you were his friend, you became family. He enjoyed the outdoors, where he could often be found enjoying life with family and friends. He adored his adventures putt-putting through the neighborhood alongside his sidekick, Ashleigh, visiting his peeps and simple pleasures, like taking a trip to the Dollar Store for candy, To Jason, life was not just about big events but about the small moments shared with those he adored. 

He will be missed by so many, especially his wife of 25 years, his children Jason and Ashleigh and numerous family and friends. 

He is survived by his loving wife Sena Spinks and his beloved children Jason Ronald Spinks and Ashleigh Marie Spinks. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Ronald and Shannon Spinks, as well as his siblings Angela Evette Spinks and Samuel Everett Spinks. 

Friends and family are invited to attend visitation at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 3:00 PM, at New Life Pentecostal Church 72151 Camellia Dr. Covington, LA 70433.
