It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jason Charles Wilcox, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Born in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Jason lived a life full of love, laughter, and adventure.

He moved to Texas in 1989 and proceeded to marry his high school sweetheart, Crystal Wilcox, on February 5, 2000. Together, they welcomed their one-of-a-kind daughter, Ryleigh Wilcox, on December 27, 2001. Jason embraced the role of a stay-at-home dad, cherishing every moment with Ryleigh in her early years.

Jason dedicated 16 years to Trellis, starting as a collector and rising to manager. He later pursued a fulfilling career in sales at All-Tex Pipe & Supply, but found his greatest joy in spending time with family.

A lover of life, Jason's passions included music, concerts, traveling, skydiving, bowling, and hosting lively house parties. A devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs and Texas Longhorns, he always had a joke ready to bring laughter. Known for his sarcastic wit, fun-loving spirit, and unwavering loyalty, he touched the hearts of many.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 26 years, Crystal; their daughter, Ryleigh; parents, Richard and Pam Wilcox; sister, Christy Torrance, and her husband, James; sister-in-law, Ariel Merriman, and her husband, Jonathan; brother-in-law, Angelo Barrientez; mother-in-law, Adriana Tiller, and her husband, John. Jason also leaves behind three cherished nieces, Bryana Torrance, Janessa Pina-Barrientez, and Kylie Merriman; three nephews, Devyn Torrance, Naryn Torrance, and Kaleb Merriman; one great-niece, Emrynn Torrance; and his beloved dogs, Wrigley and Mago Wilcox.

Jason will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and the love he shared with everyone fortunate enough to know him.

The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the FightingCancerWithKindness Fund to continue Jason's legacy of spreading kindness to families in need. http://spot.fund/FightingCancerWithKindness
