Jason Wolfson Obituary

Jason Leonard Wolfson passed away peacefully on May 14, 2010. He was surrounded by his children, Valrie Mintzer, Steven Wolfson and Lisa Kabus. He left his oldest daughter, Val and her husband Jerry and son Zach, his son Steven and his wife Vivian and two daughters, Lauren and Angela, and his youngest Lisa and her husband Al and children Lindsey and Matt.
Len was born to Julius and Elizabeth Wolfson and was raised in and around Boston, Massachusetts. He was a WW2 veteran who fought bravely as a fighter pilot with the 86th airborne based out of Italy. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for his bravery and was discharged honorably. He then entered the field of merchandising. He married his wife, Vera, and raised 3 children. He loved fishing, golf and gardening as well as going to his beloved Rockport, Mass every summer with his family. He was a kind, caring father who will be greatly missed. We love you dad. Services were held in a private setting with his immediate family. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
