Jasper Sage Spears, 2, was welcomed into heaven by great-great-grandma Betty Cox, great-grandma Miracle, Pops (Frank Lowery), Grandpa Lauren, Grandpa Charlie (Charles Spears Sr.) and beloved dog, Sophie on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
Jasper was born on August 13, 2023 in Bellevue to Mackaylin Eastman and Kyle Spears.
Jasper had many nicknames, "Patman," "Bubba," and "Handsome Booty." He loved to wrestle, being in water and you could always find him carrying around his little Buzz Lightyear toy. He enjoyed watching Toy Story, Moana, Finding Dory and The Good Dinosaur.
Jasper is survived by his mom and her boyfriend, Michael James; his father and his fiance, Bree; two older sisters on his dad's side, Astella & Skylynn, and little brother, Hudsyn. He is also survived by his Papa, Lee Lowery; Granny/BFF, Melanie Lowery; Aunt "Kenny" Kenzie and Uncle Konner; Aunt Emily and Uncle Corey; Aunt Ally and Uncle Justin; cousins, Macy and Aubree Lowery; as well as so many more who loved him dearly.
Friends may call on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, Sandusky with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, Ohio.
