Loving brother of Leidy Polanco and her partner Jimmy Vazquez and Kenya Polanco and her partner Felix Correa. Dear uncle of Justin and Jayslin Vazquez, Keyla Alcantara, Felix, Jr., Katelyn and Ilianne Correa.
Visiting will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 4:30 - 8:30PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Friday, August 29, 9:45 AM at the funeral home and 11 AM at St Therese RC Church, Paterson. Entombment, Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.

Jauriz A, "Juji" Polanco, de 39 años, residente de Paterson, falleció el 22 de agosto de 2025. Nacido en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, viajó a Estados Unidos en 1996 y se estableció en Paterson. Jauriz trabajó como supervisor de repuestos para Darling, Newark NJ durante muchos años.
Amado compañero de Hilda Toribio durante 13 años. Padre devoto de Jadiel y Jaylianie Polanco. Querido hijo de Juan Polanco, su esposa Lidia Polanco y Arcenia Peña. Hermano cariñoso de Leidy Polanco y su pareja Jimmy Vázquez, y de Kenya Polanco y su pareja Félix Correa. Querido tío de Justin y Jayslin Vázquez, Keyla Alcántara, Félix Jr., Katelyn y Ilianne Correa.
Velorio el jueves, 28 de agosto, 2025, de 4:30 a 8:30 PM en la Funeraria Shook ubicada en 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Servicio Fúnebre el viernes 29 de agosto a las 9:45AM en la funeraria y a las 11:00 AM en la Iglesia Católica de Santa Teresa, Paterson. El entierro se realizará en el Cementerio Laurel Grove, Totowa.
