Con profunda tristeza, la familia Martínez comunica el fallecimiento de Javier Martínez, quien partió de este mundo repentinamente el 12 de octubre de 2025 en Dallas, Texas, a la edad de 58 años.

Nacido en México el 2 de noviembre de 1966, Javier fue hijo de Hilario Martínez y Abdona Alvizo, quienes lo precedieron en vida. Fue un hombre excepcional: excelente esposo, padre, abuelo y bisabuelo, así como un trabajador incansable. Su carácter amigable, su buen humor y sus bromas constantes lo convirtieron en una persona muy querida por todos los que lo conocieron. Siempre fue una persona fuerte y sobresaliente, admirada y amada por su familia y amigos. Siempre tuvo mucho afecto por sus nietos, a quienes amó profundamente y con quienes compartió momentos inolvidables.

Le sobrevive su esposa, con quien compartió 38 años de matrimonio, sus hijos, su hija, nietos y bisnietos, así como su hermano, tres hermanas, y demás familiares y amigos que lo recordarán con cariño eterno.
La visita se llevará a cabo el jueves 16 de octubre de 2025, de 1:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m. en la funeraria Jeter & Son, ubicada en 4830 West Illinois Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75211, con un rosario a las 4:30 p.m.

La misa de cristiana sepultura se celebrará el viernes 17 de octubre de 2025 a las 12:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Católica Nuestra Señora del Pilar, situada en 4455 West Illinois Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75211. Posteriormente, se llevará a cabo el entierro en Holy Redeemer Cemetery, en DeSoto, Texas.

Descanse en paz, Javier Martínez. Su memoria vivirá por siempre en los corazones de quienes lo amaron.

Te quiero mucho a ti y a tu hermosa familia. Mi corazón está con ustedes-Guero, Shelly, Nacho, y toda la familia de Javier´s Cafe. Están en mis pensamientos y oraciones.

Javier nunca conoció a un extraño; tocó muchas vidas de forma positiva. Creó un lugar donde la gente podía relajarse y disfrutar de una comida casera o un café por la mañana, y trataba a cada cliente como parte de su familia.

Dio mucho a la comunidad de Ferris, a la que amaba profundamente y de la que se sentía orgulloso de formar parte. Estoy verdaderamente agradecida de haberlo conocido como amigo.

Juanita, I love you and your beautiful family. My heart goes out to you, Guero, Shelly, Nacho, and all of the Javier's Cafe family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Javier never met a stranger-he touched so many lives for the better. He created a place where people could relax and enjoy a home-cooked meal or a morning coffee, and he treated every customer like family.

He gave so much to the Ferris community, which he deeply loved and was proud to be a part of. I am truly grateful to have known him as a friend.
