Jaxton Lee Gallups

Jaxton Lee Gallups age 15 of Smithville, Oklahoma went to his heavenly home on December 1, 2025. Jaxton was born on March 29, 2010 in Houston, Texas to Brittany Eva (Ladd) and Mark Sanford. At an early age, Jaxton was baptized at Grace Covenant Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Jaxton was an avid sports fan, he enjoyed playing basketball and baseball, hunting and fishing and almost anything outdoors. He collected knives and spent a lot of his time forging. Deep sea fishing was another favorite pastime for him, especially with his uncle Chris. Jaxton was a sophomore at Smithville High School and was loved by everyone. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jaxton is survived by his parents, Brittany and Mark Gallups; siblings, Brendan Gallups, Nathan Gallups, and Eva Gallups; grandparents, Richard and Sandra Ladd, and Sharon Callahan; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.

Jaxton is preceded in death by his papa, Mike Callahan and David Gallups.

Pallbearers will be Brendan Gallups, Nathan Gallups, Dacoda Denton, Jraygan Jacobs, Aiden Carter, Coner Pollard, Tobin Dixon, Gage Campbell.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Memphis Murray, Noah Murray, Karson Ford, and Jarron Ford

Services will be on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 11:00AM at Octavia Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Skero officiating.

Interment will follow at Ladd Family Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service.
