Jay Crooks Obituary
Jay worked at Smoke Craft for many years, and later drove truck for Simplot. A man of many passions, Jay found joy in the outdoors and the creative arts.
Jay is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Oct. 11th at 1 p.m. at Lebanon Calvary Chapel.
