A Memorial Visitation will be held at Broussard's Funeral Home on August 1st from 4pm to 6pm at 1605 N. Major Dr, Beaumont TX 77713.

I had the privilege to be Jay's caregiver. he was such a beautiful soul, he had a smile that would light up any room. anyone that was lucky enough to had known Jay, was blessed. His loving memories will endure forever in our hearts. Prayer's for his family
