Jay is survived by his children; Kelly Negron (Roberto) and Eric Shields (Stacey); brothers, Mark Pepper (Sandy) and Glenn Pepper (Lisa); Seven Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild; ; Uncle Charley Shields (Carole); nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; James Shields; Helen Holmberg Shields Pepper; step-father, Carl Pepper.
Services will be private.
In-Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Montgomery Food Pantry.
