Jayden Marie Hrebic

Jayden Marie Hrebic, age 20, of Perrysbug, Ohio passed away Tuesday January 6, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Cleveland Clinic. Jayden was born on November 14, 2005, to Jason and Tami (Tyson) Hrebic at St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, Ohio.
Jayden was a light to all who knew her. Her beautiful smile was contagious. She had a kind and upbeat spirit that will live on through others. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends going camping, riding jet skis or taking out the four wheelers for a ride. Jayden was a very sociable girl who loved to have fun and was often seen hanging out with friends, dancing, singing and having a great time. She loved going to concerts, especially seeing Chris Stapleton.
Jayden was a 2024 Lake High School graduate where she attended Penta and received her cosmetology license. She currently was working at Luckies Barn & Grill as a hostess in Oregon, Ohio.
Surviving Jayden are her loving parents, Jason and Tami Hrebic, brother Gavin Hrebic, paternal grandparent Connie Hrebic, maternal grandparents Linda Tyson of Wayne, Gary Tyson of Bradner, uncles Tony (Niki) Tyson of Napa, California, Rick Hrebic III of Toledo, and Chad (Melinda) Hrebic of Toledo, Ohio, and many cousins who loved Jayden dearly. Jayden is also survived by the love of her life boyfriend Eli Moody, his parents Kevin and Jessica Brumbaugh and their family all of Cygnet, Ohio. Jayden was preceded in death by paternal Grandpa Richard Hrebic Jr., maternal great-grandparents Sonny and Ellie Pollard.
Friends will be received from 3-5 PM Saturday January 10, 2026, at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 5:00 PM with Pastor Andre Laird officiating.
