My name is Valerie Mcclinton . I knew Jay from dialysis. We called each other cousin because my father is a Newson also I thought he had gotten a different chair time until a week later Jackie told my what happened I lost it I know I´ll miss him and my heart is with the Family.

I was one of Jaylin´s nurse yrs ago at Davita Dialysis. I want to extend my deepest condolences. He was so great and funny and personable. He made it easy to love him. You guys did an amazing job, myself and my family are praying for you and yours.
