She is survived by her mother, Jessica Keeney; grandmothers, Terena Clarkson and Mary Skinner; sisters Jasmine Billiot, Brianna Keeney and Kileigh Keeney; brother Christopher Aaron Perez Skinner.
Visitation with the family will be held 5:00 - 7:00 Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at COOK & SON - PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave., and the following day, Thursday, August 28, 2025 n from11:00am to12 noon with the funeral service following. The interment will be at Obetz Cemetery.

Me and jaylyn were friends. I miss her very much. I glad we had the time we had. I loved her very much. I hope the family is doing better. I'm so very sorry this happened to you guys. I miss her so much. I'm just glad we met and had the times we had. i appreciate the times we had. She was an amazing wonderful beautiful person.
