Jean Billman

MILLERSBURG - Jean Billman, age 90, of Millersburg, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 24, 2025 at Helen Simpson Rehabilitation Center, at the UPMC West Shore Hospital.
She was born on August 28, 1935, in Lykens to Robert and Elva (Lomman) Wolfe.
She graduated from Lykens High School in 1953. After graduating from Central Penn Business School, Jean held several different secretarial positions; including for Judge Dixon Herman and for local attorney firms. She then took on the roll of full-time mother until her children were old enough to look after themselves. At that time Jean continued her career by devoting more than 2 decades to the Millersburg School District as the executive secretary for the High School Superintendent.
Jean was a member of David's Community Bible Church in Killinger. She was a woman of unwavering faith, whose love for the Lord shone through every aspect of her life. She found joy in prayer, strength in scripture, and peace in the promises of eternal life. She shared her faith through kindness, compassion, and an unyielding trust in God's plan.
Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and friends. Later in life she enjoyed watching the PGA; and cheering on the Penn State Football team, and her Phillies and Eagles.
She is survived by her daughter Sharon Manning (Tim); son Todd Billman (Diane); grandchildren: Alyssa Manning, Kylie (Manning) Kennedy (Ryan), and Tyler Manning (Devon); and great-grandchildren: Cooper and Macklin Kennedy.
Jean was proceeded in death by her loving husband Ronald; parents Robert and Elva Wolfe; and her grandson Matthew Shea Manning.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at David's Church (1072 State Route 25, Millersburg, PA). Visitation will be from 10 AM - 11 AM, Service from 11 AM - 12 Noon. A luncheon will be served following the service at the church. And, Interment will be at 2:00 PM, at Calvary United Methodist Cemetery in Wiconisco.
