Jean Hawkins Obituary
She leaves behind her loving husband, John Edward Hawkins Jr; her son, Travis Hawkins & wife Michelle; her granddaughter, Whitney; seven siblings, Rosetta Jones, Madeline Fox, Myrtle Martin & husband Tom, Janice Burkhart & husband Lonnie, Elmer Hubbard & wife Betty, Judy Hammack, Teresa Jackson & husband Phillip; a special nephew, Jonathan Jones; a very special friend, Cindy Creech; plus, a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pleas and Daisy Parker Hubbard; her first husband, Eugene Bustle.
Funeral services for Jean Hawkins will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 12:00 in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Darrell Allen and Kevin Fox officiating. Burial will follow at Swiss Colony Cemetery in London, Kentucky. The pallbearers will be Kevin Settles, Jonathan Jones, Jeremiah Kelly, Travis Hawkins, Lee Truett, Jacob Gullett. Honorary pallbearers are Elmer Hubbard and Seth Truett. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 4, 2023 beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
