Jean Ann Hindle

Jean Ann Hindle, 68, of Crawfordville, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026. Jean was born in Berlin, Germany, although she spent the majority of her life in Crawfordville, where she built her home, her family, and a lifetime of cherished memories. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill Hindle; her beloved daughter, Josslyn Hindle; and her parents, Anne Rose Whiffen, Donald Whiffen, and stepmother, Sandra Whiffen. Jean leaves behind her devoted son, Chris Hindle (Summer); her brother, Michael Whiffen (Debi); and four adored grandchildren, Hunter Hindle, Masey Musgrove, Lux Hindle, and Bella Carter. She was also eagerly anticipating the arrival of her great-grandchild, Paisley Raine Harvey. A funeral service will be held Monday, February 2, 2026, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Hindle Cemetery, where Jean will be laid to rest beside her husband, Bill.
