Jean's academic journey led her to earn an Associates in Accounting, laying a solid foundation for her successful career in finance. Her strong work ethic and commitment to her profession earned her the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Beyond her professional life, Jean had a vibrant personality and a passion for life that resonated with everyone she met. She cherished moments spent in Fairport Harbor, where she enjoyed time on her boat. Those serene days on the water brought her joy and a sense of peace, becoming cherished memories for both herself and her family.
Jean is mourned by her loving family, which includes her daughter, Sherry (Ronald) Kinkade of Painesville; her granddaughter, Jennifer (Daniel) Clayburg; and her precious great-granddaughter, Carleigh Clayburg. Additionally, she leaves behind her sister, Ginger Sue Merando, and a treasured friend, Devin Martinelle. Each member of her family and friends held a special place in her heart, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Jean was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Michael Wymer, who will forever remain in the hearts of those who remember him.
Her legacy of love, dedication, and resilience will continue to inspire those she touched throughout her life. Jean R. Mackey will be remembered fondly, not only for her professional expertise but for the warmth she shared with her family and friends.
