Jean Milham, 78, of Soddy Daisy, TN, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025.
A gentle and kind hearted woman, Jean lived a life full of love and quiet strength. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 42 years, David Milham; her parents, Doyle and Ruth Deerwester; and her sister, Laura Deerwester.
She leaves behind her daughters, Julie Milham and Catherine Brooks (Jason); her sister, Linda Deerwester; her cherished grandchildren, Logan Brooks (Sheridan) and Chloe Brooks; and her sweet great-grandson, Cohen. Jean will also be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Jean found joy in the simple things and in the people she loved most. Her warmth, thoughtfulness, and gentle presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Rhea County Animal Shelter at 9118 Back Valley Rd, Evensville, TN 37332, (423) 775-2029 in honor of Jean's love for animals.
