Jean was born June 19, 1935 to Victor and Laina (Polkki) Koukkari in Ishpeming, MI.
She married Floyd June 9, 1956.
She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Tuominen, parents Victor and Laina Koukkari, Brother David Koukkari and infant grandson Stephen Liubakka.
She is survived by her children: Jay Tuominen, Karen (Howard) Jokinen, Robert (Cindy) Tuominen, Beth (Glenn) Liubakka, brother Marvin (Karen) Koukkari, sister in-law Sharon Koukkari.
Grandchildren: Ellen (Gary) Isaacs, Dylan Tuominen, Bailey Tuominen (Chase Prusi), Chris (Shawna) Jokinen, Michael (Jessica) Jokinen, Nathan (Jill) Jokinen, Cassandra Tuominen, Rachel (Andrew) Nykanen, Graham Tuominen, Grace Tuominen, Hope Tuominen, Marcus (Britney) Liubakka, Michelle (Nathaniel) Wagner, Maari (Charlie) Ollanketo, Tanner (Lydia) Liubakka
22 Great-grandchildren, brothers and sister's in-law, nieces and nephews and a host of brothers and sisters in faith.
Funeral Service 4PM Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the Minneapolis Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church, 14000 129th Ave N., Dayton, MN 55327 with visitation starting at 2:30pm at church.
Burial 11AM Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Cedar Valley Cemetery in Cedar Valley Township, MN
