Jeanetta Danielle (Milam) Hall, a loving mother, daughter, and grandmother, passed away suddenly in her Colorado Springs home on July 17, 2025, at the age of47. Born on September 20, 1977, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, she is the cherished daughter of Tommi and Kenneth. She moved to Colorado at age three. Then moved to Germany around 1983; spending five years there; moving back to Colorado in 1988.She graduated as valedictorian of Peyton High School in 1996, a reflection of her intelligence, hard work, and her love of learning.

Three years later, in 1999, she became a mother to Kasey, and once again in 2001 to Megan. She was fiercely proud of "her girls" and loved and supported them anyway she could. Being a mother was one of her greatest accomplishments and her daughters were one of her greatest joys.

A pivotal moment in Jeanetta's life came in 2014 when she was reunited with her father, Kenneth, and extended family after years of separation. This reunion brought a deep sense of healing and wholeness, renewing cherished bonds and creating new memories that she held dear.

Jeanetta was known for her warm and infectious laugh, her generous spirit, and her ability to light up a room with her smile. She was a creative soul, expressing herself through singing, painting, and drawing, while also excelling in her career in the IT field. Jeanetta found fulfillment in her work, but her true passion lay in the connections she made with others, always willing to lend a hand or offer a listening ear.

She is survived by her parents, Tommi (Shawn) Boyd and Kenneth (Sheila)Milam; her two daughters, Kasey Peterson (Anthony) and Megan Rockwood; six grandchildren; her beloved uncle, John; her cherished aunt, Elena; and many cousins and extended family members, all of whom will miss her deeply and honor her memory every day.

A celebration of Jeanetta's life will take place on August 1, 2025, at Springs Funeral Home, 4130 Austin Bluffs Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO 80918, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take a moment to reconnect with those you love-something Jeanetta always valued and encouraged or if you find it in your hearts make a donation to the National Kidney Foundation in honor of her. Jeanetta's love, strength, and creativity will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
