Jeanette J. Hobson, of Virden, but formerly of Farmersville, died Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Sunrise Manor in Virden at 4:00 p.m.
Private Burial will be held in the Rovey Cemetery in Farmersville. She was born the daughter of Clarence and Ruth (Brown) Weldge on February 15, 1942. She married Karl Emery Hobson in Waggoner in 1959; He preceded her on July 15, 2014.
Surviving is one son, Karl (Cindy) Hobson of Virden; two daughters, Kathy Miller of South Dakota, and Karen (Mark) Hoffman of Englewood, FL; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, as well as one brother, Jerry Weldge and one sister Helen Stuhmer survive.
Preceding her in death were her parents and husband.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be directed to the Farmersville/Waggoner Ambulance Service.
Hough Funeral Home in Farmersville is assisting the family.
