Jeanie Humphrey Obituary
Preceded in death by husband, Roscoe Humphrey; father, Gene Miller; mother, Thelma Headrick; father, Red Headrick; sister, Joyce Berrier; special daughter and son-in-law, Jody and Mark Haynes; son-in-law, Gary Mossman, Sr.
Survived by daughters, Nancy Mossman and Billie Humphrey; sisters, Billie Hutson and Pat Acuff; her grand and great grand children were the sunshines of her life. Grandson's, Gary Mossman, Jr (Stacy), Mark Haynes II (Samantha), Greg Mossman (Steffi); granddaughters, Christine Mossman, Jessica Dunn (Marc), Casey Hayes (Shawn), and her 20 great grandkids. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jeanie helped raise so many over the years, she was "Mom", "Mamaw", "Meemaw" to so many whom she loved as her own. Special friends; Harold and Sharon Flanigan, Jessie Allen, Mary Clark, and a host of others who were special to her.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to North Acres Baptist Church Homeless Ministry or Food Pantry.
Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery at 10:45 am for an 11:00 am graveside service on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 with Rev. William Purvis and Rev. Charlie Lynch officiating.
