Jeanie C. Struebe

Jeanie C. Struebe of Greenwood, Indiana passed away peacefully at Greenwood Meadows on Monday, January 2, 2023. She was 80 years old. Jeanie was born on December 21, 1942, to the late Harry and Burneitta (Berrier) Groves in Beech Grove, Indiana. She served in several different positions professionally but retired as a unit secretary for St. Francis Hospital. Jeanie was the "heartbeat" of the family, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jeanie is preceded in death by husband, Myron Struebe, and daughter Betty Knight. She is survived by daughters, Rebecca Troxell and Anna Brydges (Jim); grandchildren, Rodney, and Ronnie Miller (Zena), Steven and Eric Hasz (Shelby), Robbie and Rusty Knight (Haley), Ryan Able (Kristen), Amanda Siemens (Ben), Karen Wells (Steve), Cheryl Brydges, and Sheree LaPlante (Alex).
Friends and family are invited to gather on Thursday, January 5 from 4:00-8:00 PM and Friday, January 6 from 9:30 AM until time of service at 10:30 AM at Singleton and St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, 7602 Madison Ave. Indpls., IN. 46227. Jeanie will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Garden Cemetery.
