Jeanette "Irving" Meyring, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Auntie left us February 2nd 2023. Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents Margaret Allabush Irving and Raymond Irving, her husband Max Meyring, brothers Mike and Joe Irving, sisters Twix Pritchard and Ida Pitchford and her children Richard "King" Vogel and Christine Vogel.

Born July 29th 1934 Jeanette grew up in NeahBay Wa. In the early 50s she married coast guardsmen Richard Vogel and had 4 children Richard "King" Vogel, Christine Vogel, Russ Vogel and Rory Vogel.

Jeanette enjoyed net fishing the Hoko river. She also owned "Jeanette's Coffee Shop" on front street Neah Bay for a time. In the 60's and 70's she worked at the Cape Flattery School as a cook and teacher's assistant. Then in the 1980's moved to Seattle and became a CNA. She worked many years in the Seattle area as a CNA. In the early 1990's she remarried and spent her retirement with husband Max doing a traveling ministry, they enjoyed singing gospel songs and spreading the word of god.

Jeanette is survived by her sons Russell Vogel and Rory Vogel her many grandchildren great and great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Jeanette will be held in Neah Bay Wa. February 9th 2023, At the Assembly of God church. Viewing and service will begin at 11:00. Dinner to follow at the Makah Community Hall.
