Jennifer (Jeannie) Kay Compton 67, Born March 22nd 1958 in Columbus, Ohio. Ran in to the arms of Jesus on December 3rd 2025.

To say that everyone who met her loved her doesn't even begin to describe it. She had a way of wrapping you in unconditional love without ever needing to say a word. It was impossible not to love her. She had many jobs and titles in this life but none brought her more joy then being a Mother and Grammy.

She loved being a mother so much that even when her oldest was grown, she and her husband, Harvey, decided to open their home and hearts and became foster parents. Through that God blessed them with many children to love. 5 of those children they would get to call their own.
The only thing Jeannie loved more then her family was Jesus. She spend a good part of her life teaching his word to children in Sunday school. She loved the lord with all her heart and anyone that had met her knew that without any doubt.

She taught us so much about grace, strength, kindness, and love - not just for who she was, but for the way she loved others so effortlessly and so fully. In her final moments, her children were by her side. She was surrounded by so much love as she entered the kingdom of Heaven.

Waiting to welcome her home was her beloved Parents, Robert and Juanita Nunley, Sisters Donna Neely and Naomi ( Connie) Salyer, niece Angela Hysell and numerous Grandbabies that she never held here on earth.

Those left to carry on her amazing legacy are her husband of 32 years, her Honski, Wilburn Harvey Compton, Her beloved Children Heather Hipple, Michael Holdren, Alissa (Josh) Compton, Austin (Jennifer) Compton, Alexius (Tim) Compton, and Ashton Compton. Her precious grandchildren, Hayden Scripoch, Karson Compton, Asher Underwood, Lainey Compton, Leah Underwood and Joshua Junior Underwood. Her siblings, Bobbi (Jim) Jenkins, Danny (Sharon) Nunley, and Misty (Leon) Burns. Special nephew Eric (April) Jenkins and friend Emily Copley. As well as many more neices, nephews, extended family and friends.

Rest now my sweet Momma your work is done and heaven is your reward.
