Jeannie Marie Snow, 64, of Tyler, passed away at her home surrounded by family on Saturday afternoon, October 11, 2025. A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, October 21, 2025, at Everett Road Baptist Church, in Tyler, to begin at 1:00pm. A visition will begin at noon in the church prior to the service. Bro. James Kenrick will officate.

Jeannie Marie Snow was born in Shreveport, LA on February 23, 1961 to the late Robert and Helen McAnn. Jeannie spent her life loving her family. She had a very large family that she loved dearly. Jeannie was a homemaker, a mother, wife, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to many - she will be missed by all.

Jeannie had one older sister, Wanda Morris, and a younger brother, Robert McAnn. Both Wanda and their parents have preceded her in death.

Jeannie was raised in Haughton, LA. As a young adult, she and her parents moved to Tyler, TX, where she met the love of her life, James Snow Jr., who would became her husband of 42 years. Together, they had three children: Elizabeth Edwards (married to Christopher Edwards), Jason Snow (married to Jessica Snow), and Elana Dowdy (married to Dillon Dowdy).

Jeannie experienced several losses throughout her life, including her grandson Joshua McMurray, but kept strong faith. She always welcomed and helped raise anyone who needed it, inculding. Her chosen daughters Tamra Newmen (married to Josh Newmen), Patricia Humphries (married to Roger Humphries), and Danielle Moser (married to Michael Moser), as well as her chosen son William McMurray Jr.

Jeannie's legacy lives brightly through her 31 grandchildren, with two more eagerly awaited, and 11 great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored deeply.

Pallbearers will be: Michael Moser, Jason Snow, Chris Edwards, Josh Newman, Roger Humphries, and William McMurray, Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dillon Dowdy and Robert McAnn.
