Jeff "Roper" Blomberg

Mrs. Jeff Blomberg, born on May 21, 1941, in Norcross, Georgia, to Dewey and Mattie Roper, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

Jeff was the beloved cornerstone of a large family and is remembered with profound love by her children, Karen Gravitt (Cookie), Lori Butz (Louie), and Kristy Lane (Steve). Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Jordan Treadwell (Jack), Taylor Lane (Sidney), Brian Spahr, and Brittany Fischtziur (Aaron), and her adored great-grandchildren, Riley Spahr, Logan Fischtziur, Landon Fischtziur, and Nora Lane. Though preceded in death by her husband, Bob Blomberg, her parents, and twelve siblings, Jeff's memory will be upheld by a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.

Jeff was a gifted hairdresser for 60 years and was known as the hairdresser for many Santas. She and her family operated Santa at Phipps Plaza that brought many children joy. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, coupled with her artistic talent, made her a beloved figure in her community.

As we gather to honor her memory, we reflect on the countless moments of happiness she provided and the lives she touched. Mrs. Jeff Blomberg's story does not end with her passing but lives on through the love she gave and the community she built.

Funeral Services Mrs. Blomberg will be at 2:30 on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park, 5051 Peachtree Industrial Park, Norcross, GA 30092. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday from 12:30 pm until 2:30 pm at the funeral home prior to the service. J.C.
