Jeff Cagle

It is with great sadness that the family of Danny Jeffrey Cagle announce his passing on Thursday Nov 14, 2024. He died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. He fought a long courageous battle with colon cancer.
Jeff was born in Rome, Ga on June 1,1967, son of Danny & Linda Cagle. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Alvin Cagle. grandmother, Virginia Hale Cagle. Grandfather, Harold Eldridge. grandmother, Mary Lou Blankenship Eldridge and brother, Shane Cagle.
Jeff was a devoted father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle. He is admired for his strength and courage. He's always willing to help anyone and always wanting to take care of everyone he loves. He loved his family more than anything. Jeff, as he was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family and friends. He loved sports. Jeff attended Amazing Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents Danny & Linda Cagle; daughter, Ashley Cagle; son, Justin (Angie) Cagle; daughter, Shina Cagle; son, Brody Cagle; grandsons; Easton, Jackson, Greyson, Jeffrey, and Rowen Cagle; granddaughters, Skkiler & Gracie Michaud, and Callie Cagle; sister, Melissa (Ben)Thomas; ex-wife, Patricia Cagle; and several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Jerry Boston and Pastor Bryan Silvers officiating. Burial will follow at Kingston cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Justin and Brody Cagle, Evan Harris, Rusty Hopkins, Ben Thomas, and Marty Baker. Honorary pallbearers will be Jackson, Easton, Greyson, Jeffrey and Rowen Cagle, and Foster Eldridge.
