GRIFFITH – Jeff Edward Griffith, age 63, of Blue Ridge Georgia, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026. A visitation will be held at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM. A graveside service will follow at Ewing Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, 1777 Ewing Chapel Road SE, Dacula. A proud veteran, he served with distinction in the United States Army, earning the rank of Sergeant. He had worked at DeKalb County, where he was known by colleagues as a reliable and tireless professional. He believed in the value of a day's work and never shied away from a challenge, earning the respect of all who worked alongside him. He was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing as a pastime. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Mamie (Douglas) Griffith; brother, Robert Griffith Jr., and sister, Diane Hudson. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Griffith; sisters, Elaine G. Laughridge, and Betty S. Dover.
