Mr. Jeffrey "Jeff" Franklin Wright, age 58 of Ellijay, GA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 19th, 2025 at the Oaks of Ellijay.

Mr. Wright was born on October 3rd, 1967 in Gainesville, GA to Franklin "Frank" Bunyon Wright and the late Carole Hamm Wright. Jeff was known for his kind heart, inquisitive spirit, and unmistakable sense of style. Jeff lived a life filled with compassion, curiosity, and grace.

He worked as a salesman for Taylor Construction and was of the Baptist faith. Jeff loved to travel, read, and explore new ideas. He had an insatiable curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. He also enjoyed shopping for name-brand clothing-especially Ralph Lauren-and always carried himself with confidence and flair. Deeply committed to giving back, Jeff volunteered with Faith, Hope and Charity in Ellijay, GA-a cause close to his heart and one he supported with great love and dedication. Above all, Jeff loved his family. They were the center of his world and the greatest joy of his life.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his mother, Carole Wright.

Jeff is survived by his father, Mr. Frank Wright of Talking Rock, GA; brother, Greg (Jill) Wright of Talking Rock, GA; nephew, Austin (Jill) Wright of Ellijay, GA; niece, Daisy (Brandon) Luther of Jasper, GA; great nieces, Anniston Wright and River Luther, and cousins, Whitney Wright, Rev. John Reece, David Reece, and Jennifer Futch.

To honor Mr. Wright's wishes, he we will be cremated and a memorial service will be held in the near future. He will be interred with his mother at Yukon Cemetery in Ellijay, GA.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shepherd Center in the name of Mr. Jeff Wright.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Oaks of Ellijay and Compassus Hospice for their exceptional care.
