It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jeffery Wayne Biles, who left this world on May 7, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on June 9, 1964, in Birmingham, Alabama, Jeffery was a vibrant presence in the lives of all who knew him. He was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend whose spirit will continue to live on through those he cherished.
Jeffery was the son of Billy Horace and Martha Ann Wynn Biles. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Biles. He leaves behind a loving family that includes his son, Joshua Biles (Holley), and daughter, Kristy Biles, who adored him deeply. He is also survived by his devoted mother, Martha Biles, his brother, Brian Biles (Natasha), his sister, Glisa Imler, and his grandchildren, Bennett and Theo Biles, who brought him immeasurable joy. Jeffery shared a special bond with the mother of his children, Stephanie Brooks, and he was cherished by a host of extended family and friends.
Throughout his life, Jeffery pursued his passions with enthusiasm. He found immense joy in woodworking, a craft that showcased his creativity and care. He was an avid collector of arrowheads, a pursuit that reflected his appreciation for history and the great outdoors. He had a remarkable ability to make those around him laugh, often sharing jokes and stories that brightened even the darkest days. He loved singing and Ford Trucks which was a testament to his playful and spirited character. Above all, Jeffery's greatest love was for his family, who were the center of his universe.
Funeral Services for Mr. Biles will take place on May 12, 2025. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM, with a service following at 3:00 PM in the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Bro. Sam Johnson. Burial will take place thereafter, providing family and friends the opportunity to pay their final respects and honor a life well-lived. Pallbearers will be Shiloh Biles, Chase Biles, Daniel Hampton, TJ Horn, Nathan Richey and Jacob Richey.
In these moments of grief, let us remember Jeffery Wayne Biles not only for the roles he played in our lives but for the love and joy he radiated. His laughter will echo in our hearts, and his legacy will inspire us to cherish our families, celebrate the simple joys of life, and embrace the beauty of every moment.
As we bid farewell to Jeffery, we ask all who knew him to hold tight to the memories shared, knowing that he will forever be a part of our stories. Rest in peace, Jeffery; your spirit will never be forgotten.
