Jeffery Owen Breeding, 66 of Isom, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023, at the U.K. Medical Center. Jeff was the son of the late Cullen and Allie Blair Breeding. Surviving is 2 Sons: Tyler (Whitney) Breeding of Knoxville Tennessee, Brian Ratliff of North Vernon Indiana; 1 Daughter: Teena (Michael) Wiery of Maineville Ohio; 4 Brothers: Larry Breeding of Louisville, Toby Breeding of Jeremiah, Mike Breeding of Isom, Kevin Breeding of Isom; 1 Sister: Doris Ann Hopkins of Madison TWP. Ohio; 2 Grandchildren: Anna, Elizabeth along with a host of family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by 4 Brothers: Roger, Tim, Edward Lee, Cullen Jr.; 2 Sisters: Shelby Jean Hopkins, Louise Hampton. Funeral 1:00 O'Clock P.M. Monday, May 15, 2023, at the Isom Presbyterian Church with Bill Jones Officiating, Visitation 6:00 O'Clock P.M. Sunday, May 14, 2023, at the Isom Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the Isom Cemetery.
