Jeffery A. Conner

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jeffery A. Conner, who passed away on Oct. 15, 2025, at the age of 67. Jeff was born on Nov. 19, 1957, in Toledo, Ohio, to Charles Conner Jr. and Juanita (Rahm) Conner.

Jeff spent his life bringing joy to those around him, especially in his hometown of West Unity, Ohio. He was a longtime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 2233 in Bryan, Ohio. Known for his kind heart and quick wit, Jeff had a warm spirit and a sense of humor that endeared him to everyone he met.

A dedicated and hardworking man, Jeff was proud to be part of the Spangler Candy Company team, where he worked for more than 27 years. His loyalty and strong work ethic left a lasting impression on his colleagues.

Jeff is survived by his loving brother, Greg Conner; sisters, Wendy Conner and Deidre Conner; and nieces and nephews, Corrie, Katie, Becky, Roger and Joe. He also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Eileen.

A gathering to celebrate Jeff's life will be held at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave., on Sunday, Nov. 23, noon-3 p.m. where family and friends are welcome to come together, share memories, and honor his legacy.
