Jeffery Allen Cross, Jr. age 34, went to be with his Heavenly Father on March 9, 2023 surrounded by his family.
Jeffery loved to just to ride around, but he always had to be in the front seat. He also loved going to the beach but most of all he loved his family, his nephews, aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Syble Louise Roberts and grandparents Violet & Charles Perkey and several aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his parents Junior & Syble Hester; sister Megan Mullins & Caleb; nephews Mason & Avery Mullins; aunts Kathy & Tai Deblonk, Della & Ernest Murray and Barbara Dayton and Wanda Dagnan; uncles Donnie Roberts, Bobby & Linda Hester and Debbie & Jesse Haney and a host of cousins and extended family.
Special Thank You to the nurses Tonya Freytag, Heather Hawthorne, Linda Taylor and employees of Patriot Homecare.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Sunday at Wartburg Church of the Nazarene at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Hawnes and Rev. Darryl Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery in Harriman.
