Jeffery Wayne “Jeff” Hall, age 59 of Gulfport, passed away on September 17, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert A. Hall; his mother, Freda L. Hall; and a brother, Randall A. Hall.
Jeff is survived by a sister, Robin Boykin and her spouse, Ken Apperson; nephews, Kyle (Jessie) Boykin, Tyler (Kristina) Boykin, and Justin (Leanne) Hall; a niece, Brandy (Rusty) Falgout; great-nephews, Daniel Bear Boykin, Gavin Ricks, Reed Bishop, Luke Hall, and Jay Hall; great niece, Madalyn Ricks; many special aunts, cousins, friends, and colleagues.
He was a native of Meridian, MS and was a longtime resident of the coast. Jeff was the longtime General Manager of the Great Southern Club and was awarded the Dining Systems Dynamic Marketer in 2008. He loved to travel, meet new people, enjoyed reading, and enjoyed a quiet evening by the fireplace. He also loved spending time with his friends, singing in the choir, cooking and entertaining. He was a member of the University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast Civic Chorale, and he loved LSU Football.
The family would like to thank everyone that has shown love to Jeffery through the years. You will be missed “Big Daddy!”
A memorial gathering to celebrate and remember Jeff’s life will be held at the Great Southern Club in Gulfport. When a date and time is finalized, it will be published on this website.
