He was born on August 26, 1969 in Dallas, Georgia to Mr. Robert Lee Rollins and Mrs. Frances Laura Bickers Rollins. He worked for the Department of Transportation as an inspector.
He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Frances Rollins; sister, Susan Rollins Waters.
Jeffery is survived by his spouse, Claire Epps; stepson, Spencer Epps; cousin, Angel Waters (Rodney); cousin, Jackson Barnes; cousin, Brian Bickers; cousin, Caleb Waters; cousin, Chelsey Smith.
His wishes were to be cremated.
A memorial service will be held at Benson Funeral Home on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 4:00 P.M.
The family will be receiving friends on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.
