Jeffrey A. Adams

Jeffrey Allyn Adams, 58, of Fawn Township, died on Oct. 26, 2025. Born Jan. 22, 1967, he was the son of Deloris (Kraley) Adams and the late Robert Adams. Jeffrey is survived by his devoted wife of 17 years, Carla (Magnetta) Adams; children, Carlee (Calvin) Carter, Edward (Shelbey) Kelly, and Shanna (Adam) Krynicki; grandchildren, Eli Kelly, Alaina Kelly, Aleah Kelly, Colin Carter, and Casen Carter; siblings, Donna Wilder, Robert (Teresa) Adams, and Terri Adams; mother-in-law, Barbara (the late Carl) Magnetta; brother-in-law, Carl Butch (Kelly) Magnetta; and sister-in-law, Carrie (Hugh) Fox. Jeff was a proud graduate of Highlands High School, class of 1984, where he pitched for the school baseball team. Jeff's commitment to his community was unwavering. He served with distinction as the chief at Fawn Township #2 Fire Company, where he was not only a brave first responder but also a mentor and friend to many. His dedication to public service extended to his professional life as the Water Plant Manager for Tarentum Borough, and his civic involvement included significant roles on the Fawn Township Sewage Authority and Water Authority. Jeff was a cherished family man. He embraced the role of father with all his heart, and when his grandchildren arrived, they became his pride and joy. Together with his beloved wife, Carla, they spent countless weekends working on their place up north, creating a special place for their family to gather and make memories. An avid hunter and fisherman, Jeff found solace and excitement in the embrace of nature. He eagerly anticipated family vacations each year. Music also played a significant role in Jeff's life, as he enjoyed playing with his brother, sister, and friends, and he cherished the experience of attending concerts. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, at Fawn Township #1 Recreation Hall, 1948 Firehouse Lane, Tarentum, PA 15084. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. Firemen will have a small service at 1 p.m., and the Celebration of Life will start immediately after. Casual dress to honor Jeff, please.
