Mr. Jeffrey Wallace Boatwright
Aiken, SC— A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday July 22, 2024 at Cole Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Mast and Jimmy Brinkley officiating. Mr. Jeffrey Wallace Boatwright, age 56, entered into rest on July 17, 2024 at Wellstar MCG. He was the son to Mr. Wallace Boatwright and the late Mrs. Lavonne Anne Blackwell Boatwright. He was an Aiken native and attended Redds Branch Baptist Church. He worked as a glass fabricator and installer for 44 years, and worked for the past 23 years with his family business at A&W Glass Services. He enjoyed working on classic cars and restoring them. He loved his dog Dixie, who was his heart. Jeffrey was a fun, loving guy and was a big jokester. Additional survivors include: one sister, Lisa Boatwright Gallegos, Aiken, SC; nieces and nephews Jacob Gallegos, Brent Gallegos, and Sydney Boatwright; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; a special friend, Stacie Sellers, Aiken; Brantley Byars, Bill Hurt, and Cassidy Hurt, all of Aiken, SC; and his best friend Codie Cantara, Kitchensmill, SC. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials and donations be made to Redds Branch Baptist Church of Aiken. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PKWY (118 BYPASS) AIKEN, SC 29801 803-648-7175.
