Age 58, of Shaler Twp., on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, Jeff was the beloved son of the late Edward and Margaret Phillips Cavlovich Sr.; brother of Robert M. Cavlovich (Kathleen), Christopher E. Cavlovich (Sandra), Michael J. Cavlovich (Deborah), Edward M. Cavlovich Jr., Craig S. Cavlovich (Angela Chiappini), and the late George J. Cavlovich (surv. Lisa); also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, 7 great-nieces and nephews.
Celebrate Jeff’s life with his family on Thursday from 2-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 9:30 AM at St. Nicholas Church, Millvale. The family respectfully suggests donations be the CFU Scholarship Fund, 100 Delaney Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15235
