Jeffrey Cleveland Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brewer & Sons Funeral Homes - Brooksville Chapel on Dec. 30, 2025.
Jeffrey Norman Cleveland, 66, born in Marion, Ohio, passed away in Brooksville, Florida on December 23, 2025, surrounded by love.
Jeff was a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend-one of those people whose presence felt easy and familiar. He was married to his best friend and wife, Lisa, since 1988, building a life rooted in loyalty, laughter, and family. He was the proud father of Jessica and Matthew Cleveland, and a devoted grandfather to PaisleeAnn, Emmett, Connor, Archer, and Bennett, each of whom brought him immeasurable joy. Jeff is also survived by his sisters, Jenny Brennan and Jody Pallanti, of North Carolina, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and loved ones scattered about the country.
He was an accomplished piano player. He loved music, trains, food, any kind of animal and the great outdoors. He had a laid-back spirit, a deep appreciation for the simple things, and yes-he was proudly 420 friendly, always believing life was meant to be enjoyed.
The last ten years of Jeff's life were shaped by Multiple Sclerosis, a disease that slowly took his physical freedom-but never his heart, humor, or outlook. Despite being dealt a truly unfair hand, he met it with resilience, patience, and a remarkably positive attitude. He showed those around him what strength looks like when it's quiet, steady, and rooted in acceptance rather than anger.
Jeff will be remembered for his love of family, his gentle spirit, his appreciation for music and nature, and the way he found light even in hard seasons.
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 31, 2026, with details to be shared as they become available.
