Jeffrey Lynn Graham

Jeffrey Lynn Graham, 70, of Taneytown, MD., died peacefully on Monday, February 16, 2026 at Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born July 26, 1955 in Gettysburg, PA., he was the son of late Richard T. Graham, Vivian S. Reaver and stepfather Ivan W. Reaver. He was married to Patricia Ann Graham to whom he was married to for 40 years.

Jeff was employed by Congoleum Corp. for 50 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Jeffrey Graham II and wife Ally of Spring Grove, PA.; brother Rick Graham and wife Gail of Gettysburg, PA.; cousins Jeane Blizzard and husband Carl Blizzard; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
